Sleep during the day, succumbing to the temptation to let your body rest on it’s “old clock.” It ensures you sleep soundly at 3 in the afternoon, but wake up at 3 in the morning, fully wired and furious with yourself for not being asleep when all the normal people are.
Wanna know what we did today?
Totally gave into the temptation for a Sunday afternoon nap. Slept from 3 pm to 7 pm. Sleep is like a drug. It is irresistible.
So, needless to say, we’re back in China. Had a marvelous time with family and friends, and now we’re recuperating from a very busy trip.
So if you see us online in the middle of your day, know it is because we just can’t say no.
