Happy Valentine’s Day

We are back in the good ‘ole USA.  I know I owe everyone a detailed blog post… and it is coming.  I’m sorry it is taking so long… infancy sleep deprivation + jetlag = complete and utter uselessness.

(Why apologize?  I guess I like to think people are anxiously awaiting my updates… in reality, that’s probably not the case.  But I do want to write it all down before I forget — just for my own record.  However, I’m not motivated enough to do it just for that, so it helps me to think you are all on the edge of your seats… humor me.)

So more will come soon, but I will say this for now — trip was pretty amazing.  Our little Cora is a traveling champ.  Thirty hours of travel time, and she didn’t cry once – I kid you not.

Maybe it was the drugs we gave her…

(That, my friends, was a joke.)

  3. Oh my goodness, she has changed so much. She is just precious. I cannot believe she went 30 hours without crying. Not sure I can do that on those long flights. Sounds like you two are already spoiled.

Can't wait for an update. So glad you made it home safely.

  4. Miss Cora is beyond precious. She is growing so fast!
And for the record … this girl has been sitting on the edge of her seat. I will be taking notes on repatriation. It's 17 months away for us (whose counting) … and I am scared to death!
